It’s been great getting to know you, but we’re putting a pause on your access to the Nuna App. You can re-activate your account by getting in touch with your Sanitas healthcare provider. If you don’t do this we’ll close your account after 30 days. When your account closes, you’ll lose access to your Nuna app, including any unspent rewards.
Why the pause?
There could be a few reasons for this pause. The most likely reason is that you no longer have health insurance coverage with Sanitas and Florida Blue. If this is a mistake, please contact your Sanitas healthcare provider.
You can keep using the app for now
For the next 30 days you can keep using Nuna as usual, including completing tasks, entering sweepstakes, and redeeming prizes. If you do have coverage for the Nuna app, you will be able to continue using it as usual.
What will happen after 30 days?
After 30 days, we’ll say a heartfelt goodbye and close your account. This means that you will not be able to access your points, unredeemed rewards or any stored data. All of these will be reset. So be sure to convert all your rewards to a gift card in the app first! Of course, you can still access your gift cards via email. You do not have to spend the balance on your gift cards before 30 days.
