General Release and License.
Participant hereby grant to Nuna a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and right to use, copy, edit, modify, translate, display, publish, distribute, sublicense, and create derivative works from the video submission (which includes Participant’s image, likeness, voice, and any statements made therein), in whole or in part, in any and all forms of media (including but not limited to social media), for any purpose whatsoever, including advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes, without payment or any other consideration to Participant.
Release of Claims.
Participant understands that the submission may be used in whole or in part, and Participant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the final product. Participant releases Nuna and its partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action Participant may have now or in the future for any use of Participant’s submission, including any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity.
