Having an issue with the Nuna app? Contact support at app-support@nuna.com and let us know how we can help.

If you would like to proceed with closing your account and/or requesting data deletion (see the note on data deletion below), please follow one of the two options outlined here:

  • If you have access to the app:
    1. Sign-in to the app
    2. Click ⚙️ (settings) in the upper right hand corner of the user page
    3. Select “Close account”
  • If you no longer have access to the app:
    1. Send an email from the email address associated with your account.
    2. Address your email to: app-support@nuna.com.
    3. Make the subject of your email: “Close Account”.

⚠️ Please note: As the Nuna app is being provided on behalf of your healthcare provider, Nuna is required by law to retain your data. For example, we’ll retain information we have received from your healthcare provider and from your app usage, including but not limited to: personal info, health and fitness data, app activity, and device info.
