Nuna, Inc announced today the hiring of Frank Ingari as President, Value Based Care and Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Ingari will lead development and commercialization of Nuna’s value based care products. Nuna software enables a new generation of payment methodologies that reward providers for clinical outcomes and best practices, patient satisfaction, and patient-positive cost management.
Ingari joins from his role as CEO of Tandigm Health, a company jointly owned by Independence Blue Cross and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. At Tandigm, Ingari led the company to sustained 4.5 Star performance and innovative approaches to provider incentivization.
Ingari had a long career in mainstream technology before moving into healthcare in 2007. He has served as a CEO (Shiva, NaviNet); General Manager (Lotus 1-2-3); and board member (Microstrategy, Sybase), among other positions. He is currently Chairman of Boulder Care, a leading opioid use disorder company, and sits on the Board of Quest Analytics, a leading Provider Data Management company. He is also a Health Evolution Fellow and has been a member of its AI in Healthcare workgroup since inception.
