Nuna sends you a Blood Pressure Cuff at $0 cost to you. It’s FDA-cleared and links right to your Nuna app.

Your health happens daily, not just in the clinic. You can tell Nuna to share your progress with your doctor during appointments.

What questions do you have?
What is this Medicare program?
It’s called the ACCESS Model, a new program from Medicare that gives people with certain ongoing health conditions access to technology-supported care, like Nuna, between doctor visits. Nuna Health is one of the organizations Medicare has approved to provide this care. Learn more.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Nuna is available at no cost to you, including the app and the blood pressure cuff.
- If you have traditional Medicare: Medicare pays for Nuna through ACCESS, a federal program designed to provide support for people with 1 or more chronic conditions. We also cover your co-pay, so you pay nothing. Learn more about the medicare program here.
- If you have other insurance or no insurance: Nuna covers the full cost. We’re working with other insurance plans, like Medicaid and Medicare Advantage, so they can help pay in the future.
Nuna does not sell your data.
Will this change my Medicare coverage or my doctors?
No. You keep all your Medicare rights, coverage, and benefits, including the freedom to see any Medicare provider.
I'm already in a remote monitoring program with my doctor. Should I join?
Talk with your doctor first. Programs that include regular hands-on support from a care team may already be the right fit for you.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. Taking part is always voluntary, and you can close your account with Nuna at any time. If you’d like to switch to a different organization in Medicare’s ACCESS program, you can do that after 90 days.
