Your provider coverage is changing, Nuna stays with you
Thank you for being a valued user of Nuna. Weβre reaching out because your coverage of Nuna through Hill Physicians Medical Group is ending. This may be due to an update in your eligibility, such as no longer being a Hill Physicians Medical Group patient or a change in your health insurance coverage.
The good news is you can continue using the Nuna app, including any Nuna-issued devices, like your blood pressure monitor. Your account will simply transition to being managed directly by Nuna Health LLC.
Because of this transition, there are important changes coming soon. Please review the details and required actions below. For the exact date of your transition, please check the Nuna app.
What is Changing:
- End of Doctor Monitoring: Nuna will stop sharing your health data with Hill Physicians Medical Group. Your healthcare provider will no longer automatically receive your data between appointments. However, you can still open your app and manually show your logs to your doctor during visits.
- End of Rewards Program: You will no longer be able to earn points or redeem them for gift cards and sweepstakes entries.
Action Required:
To ensure a smooth transition and protect your rewards, please complete these steps as soon as possible:
- Redeem Your Remaining Points: Please cash out any earned points before the rewards program ends. After the transition date, your points will remain visible in the app, but they cannot be redeemed. (Note: Any gift cards you have already redeemed will remain active and accessible in your email confirmation.)
- Accept New Terms: In the coming days, you will be prompted in the app to review and accept our updated Consent to Treat (CTT) and Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) to transition your account safely.
What to Expect & Your Options
- Keep Your Equipment: Your Nuna app access and any connected devices are yours to keep.
- Account Closure: If you prefer not to transition to Nuna Health LLC or accept the new terms, you can close your account at any time directly in the app (Profile β Settings β Close account).
