Your provider coverage is changing, Nuna stays with you
Thank you for being a valued user of Nuna. We’re reaching out because your coverage of Nuna through your org is ending. This may be due to an update in your eligibility, such as no longer being a patient there or a change in your health insurance coverage.
The good news is you can continue using the Nuna app, including any Nuna-issued devices, like your blood pressure monitor. Your account will simply transition to being managed directly by Nuna Health LLC. Because of this transition, there are important changes coming soon. Please review the details below. For the exact date of your transition, please check the Nuna app.
What is Changing:
- End of Provider Monitoring: Nuna will stop sharing your health data with your org. Your healthcare provider will no longer receive automatic health updates between appointments. However, you can still open your app and manually show your Nuna data to your doctor during in-person visits or export pdfs from the app to share with them.
- Loss of Rewards Program (If Applicable): If your your org account included gift card rewards, you will no longer be able to redeem points for gift cards and sweepstakes entries. Please cash out any points or rewards.
What is Staying the Same?
- App & Device Access: You keep your account, your data history, and your Nuna devices.
- Your Account Control: If you decide you no longer wish to use Nuna under these new terms, you can close your account in the app by going to Profile → Settings → Close account.
Thank you again for being a valued member of the Nuna community.
